American Culinary Federation Eastern Long Island Chapter is dedicated to the culinary education, support of the culinary industry as well as the support of its members.
The Eastern Long Island Chefs Chapter was looking for a solution to bring their members together, share information locally and on a national level, and interweave all of their initiatives together. MTC was able to create a site that brought a web 2.0 capability and unmatched communication to their members.
